 Introducing DELOLUX 50:

  • DELOLUX 50 spot lamp is a type of UV lamp used to irradiate small or very small areas of glue such as chip on board, camera module, mini speakers on smartphones, ...
  • These lights are controlled by DELOLUX pilots S4i and S4T. These are two new models that are improved by DELO, with higher irradiation capacity and more compact size.
  • DELOLUX 50 meets the diverse needs of customers in terms of lighting areas: point-shaped projection areas, wire-sized thin projection areas... with many different sizes.

Application:

  • Common used to cure (dry) point glue joints, small area. 
  • Compatible with all DELO UV adhesives such as PHOTOBOND, KATIOBOND, and DUALBOND. 
  • Suitable for both manual use and automatic lines.
  • Used in adhesive applications for electronic components, glass bonding,...

 

Specifications:

  • There are basically 2 types: DELOLUX 50 (cylinder shape) and DELOLUX 502 (flat form).
  • These LUX 50 lamps can all be connected from 1~4 units running at the same time to the S4i or S4T pilot controller (always a maximum of 4 lamp head ports can be connected).
  • The cylinder LUX 50 lamp head with different lens sizes, will give different irradiation areas. Details of these lenses are given in the table below.
  • For the LUX 502 series, the lamp head has a flat shape, there are always only 2 fixed LEDs per 1 lamp head. The irradiation area is also fixed at 3 x 8 mm.
  • The LUX 50 series of lamp heads are also divided into 2 more subtypes, LUX 50x1 (mean only 1 LED bulb per 1 lamp) and LUX 50x4 (with 4 LED bulbs per 1 lamp head).
