Introduce:
This adhesive suitable for two curing methods includes visible light and humidity within seconds. It has high viscosity with one component, solvent-free base on modified acrylate, and has thixotropic.
Application range:
- Especially suitable for peeling resistant bonding of membranes and coil in mini loudspeaker;
- Multipurpose for plastic/plastic, glass/plastic, metal/plastic, glass/glass, and glass/metal bondings;
- Easy to control due to fluorescent color with emission wavelengths from 440 to 610 nm;
- Wide temperature range for use of -40 oC ~ +150 oC, depending on the application, other limits may be more reasonable;
- Compliant with RoHS directive 2015/863/EU.
Processing:
- Supplied ready for use and better if used with DELO dispensing units;
- In case of cold storage, it must be ensured that the container is conditioned to room temperature before use;
- At room temperature (18 ~ 25 oC), the time to temperature container reaches condition approx. 0.5h for 50 ml, 4h for 1000 ml of container volume, additional heat is not allowed.
- The surfaces to be bonded must be clean and dry, any contaminations as dust, grease should be cleaned;
- Use DELOTHEN cleaners to clean bonding surfaces and DELOTHEN EP cleaner for cleaning of glass is recommended.
Curing:
- Curing with UV light or visible light in a wavelength range of 320 – 450 nm and by humidity in shadowed areas;
- Humidity curing starts at the surface of the acrylate; a skin is formed after a few hours; deep curing of the acrylate proceeds with approx. 2 mm/ 24 h;
- The adhesive can be cured within seconds with light, but if only cure by humidity, maybe need 72h to reach full performance.
